Refund policy

At The Pressed Studio, each press-on nail set is handcrafted and made to order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order & Hygiene Disclaimer
Due to the custom-made, made-to-order, and hygienic nature of our products:

  • All press-on nail sets and all accessories (including application kits, nail glue, adhesive tabs, tools, and prep products) are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased
  • This policy applies to UK, EU, and international orders
  • Orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once placed

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Item
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A store credit

This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Incorrect Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for sizing errors unless the mistake was made by us

We strongly recommend using our sizing guide or ordering a sizing kit before purchasing.

4. UK & EU Consumer Rights
If you are located in the UK or EU, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws.
However, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised goods
  • Products sealed for hygiene reasons once opened

Our press-on nail sets fall under both categories.

5. International Orders
For international customers:

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or returns caused by customs authorities

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customs delays
  • Refused or uncollected parcels
  • Incorrect address details provided at checkout

6. Lost or Delayed Parcel
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the customer.
If your parcel is delayed or lost:

  • Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number
  • We are happy to assist where possible but cannot guarantee refunds for courier issues

7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page.
