Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products & Services
2.1 Press-On Nail Sets

  • All press-on nail sets are handmade and made to order.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, shape, size or finish may occur.
  • Measurements provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

2.2 Creation Time

  • Custom press-on nail sets require approximately 10–15 business days to be created before dispatch.
  • This timeframe does not include shipping time.
  • During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be longer.

2.3 Accessories

  • Accessories such as application kits, nail glue, and tools are not custom-made and may ship sooner than press-on sets when ordered separately.
  • When ordered together, all items may ship in one parcel once the custom set is completed.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at any time.
  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
  • Acceptance occurs when your order has been dispatched.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

5. Shipping (UK & International)

  • We ship within the UK and internationally.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, strikes, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Custom Products

  • Due to hygiene reasons and the custom-made nature of press-on nail sets, returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

6.2 Accessories

  • Accessories may be eligible for return if unused and in original packaging, subject to our Returns Policy

6.3 Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production may have started.
  • To cancel, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

8. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and information are accurate. However:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings.
  • Measurements are approximate.
  • We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by third-party platforms or user error.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

10. User Content & Social Media

  • By tagging or mentioning The Pressed Studio, you grant us permission to repost your content for marketing purposes.
  • We reserve the right to use customer photos or videos for promotional content unless you request otherwise.

11. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site or content:

  • To harass, abuse, discriminate, or submit false information
