Order Processing Time

All press-on nail sets are made to order.

  • Processing time: approximately 10–15 business days
  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Processing times apply to UK, EU, and international orders

During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

UK Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard UK Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Tracked options: Delivery times vary depending on the service selected at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

EU Shipping
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • EU Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import charges imposed by their country.

International Shipping (Outside UK & EU)
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any additional fees charged by local authorities

Customs & Import Charges
For EU and international orders:

  • Customs inspections may cause delays
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
  • Refused or uncollected parcels will not be refunded

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking details will be provided where applicable

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcel
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers
  • If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue

Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.
